| Ms. Briggs obtained her undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and earned a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland. Jessica and her husband, Greg, moved to Idaho for the mountains and rivers. She enjoys life with her husband and son, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting. |
