You may schedule appointments by calling our main number (208-947-7700). If you have a question or problem with your medicines, please have the bottle available when you call. If you haven't heard back from us before the end of the day, please call again. If you have a question about your bill, please call 947-7707. We want to do our best to answer your questions.
After hours, call our main number (208-947-7700). Your call will be triaged by our answering service. We utilize registered nurses to answer basic questions. If you have a complex or difficult problem, we will page the on-call physician. If you have a medical emergency, please go directly to the nearest hospital Emergency Department or call 911. We are on staff at both St. Lukes Downtown and St. Alphonsus.
