Capital City Family Medicine is changing - for the better! We have recently begun using a new billing software that will make your life and ours better. If we haven't seen you in a while, we will ask you to fill out new patient registration information. While this is a bit of a pain for both of us, it will ensure that we have complete and up-to-date information.

In July, the physicians and PAs will start using a new electronic medical record. That is a major step forward in medical information management which should make your care more efficient, safer, and more complete. Please ask your proivider if you have questions or concerns.

Capital City Family Medicine is conveniently located at 1520 W. State Street, on the northwest corner of 15th and W. State Street.

Our practice offers both appointments and walk-in visits. For an appointment with a particular doctor, call our office to schedule your visit. For walk-in care, patients are seen in the order in which they check in based on the urgency of their medical problem. For your convenience, our office hours are from 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. on Saturdays. We take our last patient 30 minutes before closing. We are closed on Sundays. One of our physicians is always available 24 hours a day for our patients.

Our clinic offers several preventive services, including heart disease prevention and osteoporosis screening. We also have lab draw, x-ray, and ultrasound capabilities on-site. Learn more about additional services by clicking here.
